All entries to be home brewed and clearly marked with tags.
Plain bottles only without stickers or labels.
Entries of beers are to be two (2) bottles (one for judging, one for display)
Entries of wine and spirits to be one bottle only, presented in a clear bottle.
No exhibits to be consumed before 4:00pm on Show Day.

Beer will be judged on presentation, aroma, clarity of first pour, carbonation, head retention, taste, finish and overall impression.
