Exhibits to be at the show hall by 1:00pm Thursday before show day.

Work must have been completed within the last 3 years, and it must be neat, clean & tidy.

No item will be accepted if worn or washed.

Work must not have been exhibited at Yankalilla Show previously.

Novice: Has not entered Needlework in the Yankalilla Show before.

If exhibitors fail to specify class or no suitable class is listed, convenor has right to place in a section at their discretion.

Convenor has the right to encourage or reject entries.

Wall hangings/quilts bigger than 1m sq. need to have wire or pockets for hanging at least 3” wide
-
Due to limited hanging space, some quilts may not be able to be hung. Which quilts are hung is at the discretion of the convenor.

Please report to steward before collecting items at the end of the day!
